My Course Says "Sold Out" or "Invalid Code"


Have you already redeemed your code?

  • Redemption links and codes will expire as soon as you click to register your purchase. This process happens immediately after purchase, so you may have already redeemed your code without realizing it. The best way to find your account is to follow the redemption link and then request a password reset directly from them. You should gain access back into your account once this is done. 

Do you have multiple email addresses?

  • If you can't find your account on one email address, you should try another typical one you use. This usually resolves the issue when looking for your account. 

Did you just purchase?

  • If you just purchased and you are getting an "invalid code," please contact us and we'll get it squared away for you.
